摘　　要：采用两矿加酸法生产硫酸锰的新工艺,固定投资少,环境污染小,工人劳动强度和劳动条件大大改善,产品质量稳定,浸出率在93%以上。经过本研究为低品位软锰矿的利用找到了出路,解决了硫酸锰生产长期需要使用高品位氧化锰矿的难题。The new methods of technology of the production of Mn-sulphate of adding acid will make investment less and pollution lower. And the labouring intensity and working condition will be greatly improved, the quality of products will be also stable and the rate of the soaking is over 93 %. This has found a way out for the usage of soft Mn-ore with low-grade after research. It solves the problem of oxidized Mn with high-grade of the usage of Mn-sulphate for a long time.
