通脉降糖保肾胶囊对糖尿病大鼠的药效研究

摘　　要：目的研究通脉降糖保肾胶囊对实验性糖尿病大鼠的治疗作用。方法采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)制备糖尿病大鼠动物模型,观察通脉降糖保肾胶囊对其血糖、胆固醇、尿素氮、肌酐的影响。结果通脉降糖保肾胶囊明显降低链脲佐菌素所致糖尿病大鼠血糖、胆固醇、尿素氮、肌酐水平。结论通脉降糖保肾胶囊能降低血糖、调节脂质代谢紊乱、改善肾功能。Objective To investigate the effect of. tongmaijiangtangbaoshen capsule on the streptozocin-induced diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic model rats was induced by a single ip of streptozotocin （STZ）. And then was measured the level of glucose, cholesterol, urea nitrogen,and creatinine, the effect of tongmai jiangtang baoshen capsule was evaluated. Result Tongmai jiangtang baoshen capsule markedly reduced the level of blood glucose, cholesterol,urea nitrogen and creatinine in diabetic rats, which increased significantly in the experimental model. Conclusion Tongmai jiangtang baoshen capsule has the effect of reducing the level of blood glucose, regulating adipose metabolism disorder, improving renal function.
