摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对青年男性强直性脊柱炎病人抑郁、焦虑心理的影响。方法:应用Zung氏焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表, 评定病人情绪状况,并给予护理干预,包括建立个人康复档案、关节功能锻炼指导,比较护理干预前后的评分值。结果:青年男性强直性脊柱炎病人存在明显的抑郁、焦虑心理,与国内常模相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01);护理干预后症状明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:通过建立个人康复档案,实施关节功能锻炼的护理干预,可有效减轻青年男性强直性脊柱炎病人的抑郁、焦虑心理。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the depression and anxiety state of male patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： The yang male patients were treated with nursing intervertion including built of the their personal healingfile and execution of their arthrosins functional training. Sclf-Rating Depression Scale（ SDS）and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS）were used to evaluate the mental health status of yang male patients before and after nursing intervention. Results： 1. Before yang male patients treated with nursing intervention, the Scores of SAS and SDS were significantly higher than that of the Chinese norm（ P 〈 0. 01 ）.2.There was significantly difference on the scores of SAS and SDS before and after nursing intervention（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Nursing intervention can improve the depression and anxiety state of the yang male patients with ankylosing spondylitis.
