摘　　要：本文提出非线性动态环境经济投入产出模型及其递阶优化方法.理论分析和实例计算表明本文模型考虑的因素较为全面,递阶优化方法有效地提高了计算效率,从而为环境经济规划提供了有效的工具.In the paper, a nonlinear dynamic environment-economic input-output model and its hierarchical optimization procedure are proposed. Theoretical analysis and case calculation show that more factors are considered in the model and the calculations for optimization planning are improved effectively by means of the hierarchical structure. So the method in the paper provides a useful tool for environment-economic planning.
