摘　　要：目的了解同济医学院五年制新生的吸烟状况及医学生的控烟意识,提出新生控烟教育的策略和措施。方法采用整群抽样的方法抽取5年制临床医学及预防医学专业的全部新生,采用自行设计的调查表、自我填表的方式进行问卷调查。用EPIdata进行数据录入,用SPSS12.0进行统计分析。结果本院新生吸烟率为3.50%,男性高于女性(P<0.05);只有28.01%的学生表示在别人吸烟时能进行积极的劝阻。结论本院2004级新生吸烟率相对较低,对吸烟危害的认识较强,但应加强对别人吸烟的劝阻的教育,建议将控烟教育纳入医学院校教育的全过程。Object To study the smoking situation of medical students in Tongji Medical College and give the strategy and measures in smoking control education of freshmen. Methods 5-year-system medical and preventive medical freshmen were sampled by cluster sampling method. The investigation was carried out by self-managed method with self-developed questionnaires. The data are inputted with EPldata and analyzed by SPSS 12.0. Result The current smoking rate of the freshmen is 3. 50%, the male smoking rate is higher than the female （P〈0. 05）, Only 28. 01% are willing to persuade others when they are smoking. Conclusion The smoking rate is lower relatively and the freshmen know the harm caused by smoking strongly. But in the same time, the education of persuading others to give up smoking should be enhanced. The education of smoking control should be brought into the whole medical education process.
