射麻止喘液对支气管哮喘患者肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨射麻止喘液对支气管哮喘患者肺功能的影响。方法62例轻、中度支气管哮喘急性发作的患者分为2组,射麻止喘液组30例,舒氟美组32例,分别测定治疗前后的肺功能及使FEV1下降20%时累积吸入组胺的剂量(PD20)。结果射麻止喘液组可以提高支气管哮喘患者的肺功能及PD20,与舒氟美组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论射麻止喘液对支气管哮喘患者的肺功能及PD20有改善作用。Objective To observe the effect of Shemazhichuan liquid on pulmonary function in asthma patients. Methods 62 patients with mild and moderate degree asthma were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the Shemazhichuan liquid group, and 32 patients in the Aminophylline group. The pulmonary function and PD20 were measured before and after treatment. Results The pulmonary function and PD20 were not significantly elevated after treatment compared with the Aminophylline group（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Shemazhichuan liquid can improve the pulmonary function in asthma patients.
