摘　　要：本文从提高全员质量意识、重视工地试验室建设、重视现场跟踪检查、采取有效的质量奖罚措施、加强监理监督等方面阐述了高速公路现场施工中的质量管理问题。This article expands the problems about on-the-spot quality management of super highway construction from the aspects of enhancing staff＇s quality consciousness, emphasizing the construction of building site laboratory and on-the-spot tracking and inspection, adopting effective rewarding and punitive measures, strengthening the suoervision etc.
