Vice President Zhu Zuoyan Met with CIHR Delegation

摘　　要：Prof. Zhu Zuoyan, Vice President of NSFC, met with the delegation from Canadian Institutes of Health Research （CIHR） on December 8, 2004. The delegation includes Dr. Remi Quirion, Director of the Institute of Neurosciences, Mental Health and Addiction, CIHR, Dr. Anthony Phillips, President of the Governing Council of CIHR, Dr. Song Weihong, professor of the University of British Columbia and Dr. Li Xinmin, professor of the University of Saskatchevan. The main purpose of the visit lies on learning the neuroscience research in China and establishing extensive connections between researchers of the two countries. A memorandum of understanding between NSFC and CIHR was signed to promote further cooperation in the field of health.
