28例股骨头无菌性坏死的介入治疗

摘　　要：目的经动脉介入治疗股骨头无菌性坏死(ANFH)的临床疗效观察。方法经临床、X线平片、CT或M R I检查证实的ANFH 28例患者,经股动脉插管,分别超选择至患侧旋股内、外动脉、闭孔动脉开口,造影后灌注溶栓剂、解痉剂及血管扩张剂。结果治疗后较治疗前三支动脉的分支明显增粗、增多,血流速度加快。疼痛消失12例,明显减轻14例,减轻2例。X线及CT随访观察可见不同程度的骨质修复。结论经动脉介入治疗ANFH,对改善局部血液循环,促进股骨头的新生骨形成及修复起到了重要作用。Objective： To observed the clinical therapeutic effect of avascular necrosis of the femoral head（ANFH）withcatheterizing arteries. Methods： 28 patients were diagnosed by clinical symptom,X-radiographys ,CT,and MRI. They were treated through the femoral artery into medial and lateral femoral circumflex and obturatioria of osteonecrosis of the femoral head,pouring with thromolytic agents,vasodilator drugs,drugsimproving microcirculation. Results： After therapy,hip pains disappeared for 12 patients ,mitigated obviously for 14 patients and mitigated for 2 patients. Re-examination by X-radiographys and CT shewed that repairing of the femoral head in different degrees. Conclusion： The treatment of ANFH with catheterizing arteries can improve effective the blood supply and promote to repair of the femoral head.
