脑脊液细胞学检查在早期结核性脑膜炎的诊断价值(附39例报告)

摘　　要：目的评估脑脊液细胞学在早期结核性脑膜炎的诊断价值。方法对39例颅内结核性脑膜炎的脑脊液细胞学变化进行分析。结果脑脊液细胞学早期存在二种变化的混合反应:①嗜中性粒细胞为主;②小淋巴细胞为主。结论早期结核性脑膜炎在临床症状和CT变化不明显情况下,脑脊液细胞学检查具有明显的诊断价值。Objective：To evaluate the diagnostic value of cerebrospinal fluid cytology check in the early stage of tuberculous meningitis. Methods ： Analysis of cerebrospinal fluid cytology variation has been performed on 19 ases with intractaniul tuberculous meningitis. Results： Mixed reaction of 2 kinds of veriation of cerebrospinal fluid cytology occurred at its early stage ： （1）Rely mainly on the neutrophilic granulocyte ; （2） Rely mainly on the small lymphocyte. Conclusions： The cerebrospinal fluid cytology check has the significant diagnostic value when the early stage tuberculous meningitis is not clearly indicated on clinical manifestation and by means of CT check.
