摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗肝囊肿的效果。方法回顾分析23例腹腔镜治疗肝囊肿的临床资料。结果23例手术具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短等优点,是治疗单纯性肝囊肿合理、有效的方法。Objective：To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of hepatic cyst, Methods：23 cases with hepatic cysts were treated by laparoscopic sugery and the clinical data were reviewed. Results：The procedure was successful in all the 23 cases. Blood loss during the procedure was 5-15ml. The operation time was 20-50min. The postoperative hospitalization was 2-5 days. There was no surgical complications. Cnoclusions ：Laparoscopic surgery has the benefits of less invasive,early resumption of normal activities and short hospitalization. The procedure should be an effective and reasonable choice for certain non-parasitic hepatic cyst.
