摘 要:目的 对学龄前儿童甲肝病毒活疫苗和灭活疫苗的接种效益进行了分析评价。方法 采集昆明市部分学龄前儿童血样本,检测HAV总抗体,分别计算接种两种甲肝疫苗的成本效益值(BCR)。结果 两种甲肝疫苗在1~2岁组BCR值均最高,甲肝减毒活疫苗BCR值在各年龄组均略高于灭活疫苗。结论 我市儿童在1~2岁时接种甲肝疫苗可以取得最佳经济效益。To analyze and evaluate the cost - benefit of live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine and inactivated hepatitis A vaccine inoculated in children under 6 years old. Methods Blood samples were collected from some children under 6 years old in Kunming. The total HAV antibody was detected. The BCRs of inoculating two vaccines were calculated respectively. Results The BCR of two vaccines was highest in the group whose ages were between 1 and 2 years old. The BCR of live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine in all the groups was a bit higher than the inactivated hepatitis A vaccine. Conclusion The best economic benefit can be achieved in children between 1 and 2 years old in Kunming when being inoculated with hepatitis A vaccine.
