摘　　要：Objective To observe the effect of the AO-DHS in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 39 cases were treated with the AO-DHS.All cases were summarized with fracture type,operation method,and curative effects.Result All cases were followed up for 12-36 months.Effects of 29 cases were excellent and 10 cases were good.There were no death and complications.Conclusion The AO-DHS can treat any type of intertrochanteric fracture due to its advantages of strong fixation,few complicaton and early recovery.Objective To observe the effect of the AO - DHS in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.
