摘　　要：在世界遗产法律保护体系中,人类口头与非物质遗产的法律地位已显得越来越重要。在人类口头与非物质遗产的保护体系中,原生态法则应当成为最高原则,它包括:原地保护原则、动态保护原则、以传承人为中心原则、范式科学原则、法制优先原则、教育为本原则等。In the Law protection system of the world heritage, he law position of the dictated and non-substantial heritage of human being is becoming more and more important. In this system, the bio-cotypic protection regulations should be the highest principles including： the principles of the protection in the original places, the principles of the dynamic protection; the principles taking the inheritors as the center, he principles of modeled science, principles of the law system privilege and the principle that take education as the base.
