摘　　要：目的探讨标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤的疗效。方法采用标准大骨瓣开颅,清除血肿、失活组织后去除骨瓣,减张缝合硬脑膜治疗30例病人。结果本组病人治愈22例,中残2例,重残1例,死亡5例,死亡率为17%。结论标准大骨瓣开颅术是治疗重型颅脑损伤的较好方法,可减少死亡率,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the effects of severe brain trauma by standard craniotomy of large flap. Methods 30 patients were underwent the craniotomy and removed the bone flaps. Rusults Of 30 cases with severe brain trauma , 22 were cured, 1 severely disable, 2 moderately disable, 5 were dead, the mortality rate was 17%, Conclusion Standard large bone flap craniotomy is a preferable method for treating severe brain trauma. It can reduce mortality rate and improve living quality of patients.
