摘　　要：研究钙锌无毒复合稳定剂在 PVC 型材中的应用，并和传统铅盐稳定剂做了对比。结果表明：钙锌 复合稳定剂为无毒稳定剂，制品的铅含量低，与铅盐稳定剂相比，生产工艺变化不大，产品能正常挤出，制 品机械物理性能完全满足国标要求。In this paper, application of Ca-Zn compound thermal stabilizer in PVC profile is studied. The results of experiments showed that Ca-Zn compound thermal stabilizer is a kind of nonpoisonous stabihzer, and the Pb-content of the product is of 64ppm, Compared with Pb stabilizer, the processing technology was just the same, and the PVC profile can be extruded normally. The mechanical properties of the PVC profile can meet the requirements of the national standard.
