摘　　要：目的:探讨体外循环下心脏不停跳对中老年继发孔型房间隔缺损患者术后恢复的作用。方法:对19例中老年继发孔型房间隔缺损患者在体外循环心脏不停跳情况下行房间隔缺损修补术,同时有10例行三尖瓣De vage成形术, 3例行二尖瓣成形术。结果:19例患者术后全部生存,心功能明显改善,总有效率89%。结论:心脏不停跳有利于中老年房间隔缺损术后恢复。Objective： To review the effect of surgical treatment of atrial septal defect （ASD） by cardiopulmonary bypass with beating heart in patients above 40 years old. Methods： Nineteen patients underwent surgical repair of ASD by cardiopulmonary bypass with beating heart. The 10 patients underwent De rage tricuspid annuloplasty and 3 patients received mitral valve repair. Results： All patients survived after the operation, total effective power of heart function improvement was 89%. Conclusion ：Surgical treatment of atrial septal defect by cardiopulmonary bypass with beating heart is benefit for improvement of heart function.
