摘　　要：随着数控技术的普及,针对普通型CA6140车床数控改造后的调查,存在着安全和卫生的问题,因此采用AutoCAD、Cimatron等先进软件进行设计专用保护外罩,利用等负载优化设计的螺纹螺母联接钣金,优化设计了数控车床保护外罩,达到经济、实用的目的。Along with the prevalence of CNC facilities and on the investigation of the reconstructed ordinary lathe of CA6140, we find new hygienic and security problems. The article provides ways of designing special outside protective cover by using AutoCAD, Cimarron and so on. The optimal design is economical and practical.
