摘　　要：本文是作者最近十多年对盐池县农业资源和农村经济调查研究的专题报告。作者在对盐池县自然资源和社会经济条件进行评价的基础上，阐明了该县大农业生产现状和问题，重点论证了盐池县这个我国农牧过渡地带之典型的分区分类发展方向，以及进一步改造被恶化的自然生态环境，建设区域化、专业化和社会化大农业生产体系的战略决策和指导思想。This treatise is a main title report based on ten-year-long through social investigation research and the Practice for technique & science experiments.The authors of the dissertation elaborated the present production situation and expounded the problems on the county's natural resources & social economic conditions, depending upon the proper evatuation for them.The essay mainly demonstrates how to make division into districts,classified such kinds of so-called Agricultural & Amal Husbandry transition zones,the wayoutof developing the local agricultural production & technique as well as the method to reinatate.the worsen environment renovation while doing that describing the enomous agriculturalproduction system for the specialization,regionalization and wider social services. The following shows you the strategy plan and guiding ideology.
