喉炎康对人工感染鸡传染性喉气管炎的防治试验

摘　　要：８０只４５周龄的ＩＬＴ琼扩阴性的健康蛋鸡，人工感染匈牙利传染性喉气管炎病毒，并随机分成：不治疗（Ⅰ）、预防（Ⅱ）、早期治疗（Ⅲ）、１．２％治疗（Ⅳ）、１．８％治疗（Ⅴ）和药物对照（Ⅵ）等６组，Ⅰ组不给药，Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在攻毒前４８ｈ、攻毒的同时和出现特征性症状后，用喉炎康按１．２％混饲，Ⅴ、Ⅵ组在出现特征性症状时，分别用喉炎康按１．８％、喉管神康散按每只每日０．４～０．８ｇ／ｋｇ混饲，连续用药５ｄ，各组的临床治愈率分别为０，１００．０％，１００．０％，９２．９％，１００．０％和３０．０％．统计分析表明。week old healthy ILT agar gel ammunodiffusion negative layers were infected with infectious laryngotracheitis artificially and divided into 6 groups:(I) untreatment,(Ⅱ) prevention,(Ⅲ) early treatment,(Ⅳ) treatmentatadosage of 1.2%,(Ⅴ) treatment at a dosage of 1.8% and (Ⅵ) pharmaceutical control.The chickens in Group I were not treated.The chickens in Groups Ⅱ,Ⅲand Ⅳ were treated with 1.2% of Houyankang by mixing the medicine into feed 48 hours before chanllenge,in the time of infection and appearing characteristic symptoms,respectively.The chickens in Groups Ⅴ and Ⅵ were treated with 1.8% of Houyankang and 0.4-0.8 g/kg of Houguanshenkangsan in diet per day,respectively,after appearing characteristic symptoms.The medicines were administrated for 5-7 days continuously.The cure rate was 0,100%,100.0%,92.9%,100.0% and 30.0%, respectively. The results by statistics showed that the effect of Houyankang on the prevention and treatment of chicken infectious laryngotracheitis was significantly higher than that of the controlled group.
