Serum Level of NO,NOS,iNOS in the Patients with Primary and Recurrent High Altitude Pulmonary Edema

摘  要:目的:了解初发、复发性高原肺水肿(pHAPE、rHAPE)在治疗前、后的一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的变化.方法:实验分为三组:①对照组(C组、16例),②pHAPE组(18例),③rHAPE组(10例);紫外线分光光度计测定NO、NOS、iNOS.结果:C组高于pHAPE和rHAPE组,P<0.05~P<0.01;两组治疗前低于治疗后,P<0.01;NO两组前前相比,P>0.05,两组后后相比,P<0.05;NOS、iNOS两组前前、后后相比,P<0.01.结论:缺氧引起了NO、NOS、iNOS的下降,以rHAPE更明显,治疗后分泌增加.这些改变提示它们在HAPE的发病机理中起了重要作用.Objective: To understand the changes on serum level of nitric oxide(NO) ,NO synthase (NOS)uc ,indible NOS (iNOS) in the patients with primary high altitude pulmonary edema (pHAPE) and recurrent high altitude pulmonary edema (rHAPE). Methods: All subjects were divided into three groups: ①the healthy control group ( C group, n = 16), ②the pHAPE group ( n = 18), ③he rHAPE group (n = 10). Serum level of NO,NOS and INOS were determined using 752 - A type spectrophometer. Results: NO,NOS and iNOS level in the C group were higher than in the pHAPE and the rHAPE groups (P 〈 0.05 - P 〈 0.01 ). And they were higher in pHAPE and rHAPE group after therapy than before therapy (P〈0.01). There was a difference of NO level (P 〉0.05) before therapy between pHAPE and rHAPE. In contrast it was (P 〈 0.05 ) after therapy. There was a significant difference (P〈0.01) of NOS,iNOS level between pHAPE and rHAPE group before or after therapy. Conclusions: The serum level of NO,NOS and iNOS in the patients with pHAPE and rHAPE is decreased under hypoxic condition, specially in the patients with rHAPE. But they increase after the HAPE is treated. The results suggest that NO,NOS and iNOS level play a important role in the pathogenesis of HAPE.
