斑点热群立克次体中国新分离株结构多肽的分析

摘  要:本文用SDS—PAGE法分析了7个斑点热群立克次体国际标准株和5个斑点热群立克次体中国新分离株的结构蛋白,蛄果表明:7个斑点热群立克次体国标准株的结构蛋白除康氏立克次体Malish7株和India株蛋白图谱一致外,其余各株图谱各不相同。5个斑点热群立克次体中国新分离株的蛄构蛋白除BJ—90株和BJ—93株蛋白图谱一致,IM—TO—85株与国际标准株西伯利亚246株一致外,其余各株图谱各不相同。上述结果提示:结构蛋白图谱可以作为斑点热群立克次体的一个分类依据。7 strains of international reference and 5 strains of Chinese new isolates of spotted fever group rickettsiae were analysed by using sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacry-lamidegel electrophism (SDS-PAGE) and their structural polypeptide were compared. The results showed that there were 6 kinds of SDS-PAGE profiles in 7 intermational reference strains , Rickettsiae corlorii Malish 7 and zndian strain had same SDS-PAGE profiles in 7'international reference strains, Rickettsiae conorii, Malish 7 and Indian serain had same SDS-PAGE profiles. and that in 5 Chinese isolates the profile of BJ-93 and BJ ?0 was identical,IMTO-85 and R. sibirica 246 strain was the same too,while others had differentprofiles. It was suggested that SDS-PAGE profiles could be considered as one of the classi-fied ways of spotted fever group rickdettsiae.
