中药地枫皮的化学成分研究

摘　　要：从中药地枫皮（ＩｌｌｉｃｉｕｍｄｉｆｅｎｇｐｉＬＩＢｅｔＫＩＭ．）中分离出３个化合物，经理化常数和波谱数据解析，分别鉴定为地枫皮素（Ⅰ），厚朴酚（Ⅱ）和β－谷甾醇（Ⅲ）。化合物Ⅰ为一新化合物，其化学结构为４－ａｌｌｙｌ－２，６－ｄｉｒｎｅｔｈｏｘｙｐｈｅｎｙｏｌｃｉｎｎａｍａｔｅ，命名为地枫皮素（ｄｉｆｅｎｇｐｉｎ）。化合物Ⅱ为首次从八角属植物中分离得到。Three compounds were isolated from the traditional Chine medicine 'Difengpi',barks of Illicium difengpi K.I.B.et K.I.M.They were identified as difengpin(Ⅰ),magnolol(Ⅱ)andβ-sitosterol(Ⅲ)by physieal-chemical constants and spectral analyses(UV,IR,1 HNMR,13CNMR,EIMS)CompoundⅠis a new compound with the structure of 4.a-allyl-2,6-dimethoxyphenyol cinnamate named difengpin. Compound Ⅱ was isolated from the Illicium genus forthe first time.
