摘　　要：RTIS即放射治疗信息系统，COM/COM＋是微软提出的基于组件的编程标准。医院放疗科在日常的正常运转中将会产生大量的数据，日积月累，这些数据将是海量的。DICOM-RT为管理这些数据和连接放疗设备提供了标准。但是放疗设备众多、流程复杂，使得放射治疗的网络化和信息化变得非常困难。基于COM/COM＋的多层架构模型是工业化的软件开发方法，RTIS采用该技术进行分析，建模，编程并最终实现。RTIS is a radiation therapy information system, COM/COM＋ is a component-based program standard provided by Microsoft. Information in radiation therapy department will be immensed day by day. DICOM-RT is the standard to manage this information and to connect radiation therapy equipments. Now RTIS is difficult because radiation therapy equipments is various and flow is complicated. Multilayer model based on COM/COM＋ is a industrialized program technique, using the technique we analyze and develop the RTIS.
