摘 要:本实验建立兔甲状腺颈阔肌下移植模型,并动态观查移植甲状腺的功能。实验结果发现普通饲料喂养的兔血清T3、T4值较稳定。而甲状腺全切后,兔血T3、T4明显降低,T3下降较快,T4测缓慢些、同品系移植组动物(Ⅰ、Ⅱ)在第1、2周时,血T3、T4较低,第3、4周后,则接近正常值。异品系移植组动物(Ⅳ)在第1周时,血T3、T4接近组Ⅲ,组Ⅳ第2周以后,血T3、T4明显低于组Ⅲ,而逐渐接近同一时间组Ⅱ的水平。实验表明本实验模型制作简单,可动态观测功能指标,无论是作组织预处理实验,还是药物排斥实验,都有较好的应用价值。Recent developements in immunology and thyroid transplantation in mouse provide clinical thyroid transplantation a prospect. Thyroid transplantations in large animals are needed to repeat the resluts in mouse experiments. We attempted to establish subplatysma thyroid transplantationin rabbits for studying histopathology and physiological function of thyroid transplant. There were four groups,with 7 rabbits in each group. Group I:the control group. Rabbits in group Ⅱ were subjected to total thyroidectomy. Group Ⅲ: total thyroidectomy plus thyroid homografts. Group Ⅳ: total thyroidectomy plus thyroid allografts. Blood samples were duawn every week postperatively. T3 and T4 were tested through RIA. The serum T3 and T4 are stable in normal rabbits. T3 and T4decreased greatly after total thyroidectomy. In group Ⅲ, T3 and T4 were under normal levels in lst and 2ned week but up to normal levels after 3rd week. The serum T3 and T4 were almost tEe same in group Ⅲ and in group Ⅳ in lst week. After 2nd week, the T3 and T4 in group Ⅳ were much lower than those in group Ⅲ. This is an easy-todo model and is advantageous to observe the functional change of grafts in experiments on pretreatment and immunoinhibitors.
