摘　　要：着眼于超高压数字压力表测压探头的非线性实验研究,借助数学回归分析方法,提出了测压探头的数学模型,并结合实验数据进行分析,给出了非线性项的数值及其各测压点的误差,还以实例证实了该数学模型的稳定性。Based on the study and experiments on the nonlinearity of the Probe for digital VHP pressure gauge, the mathematic model of the gauge probe is established by using mathematic regression analysis. Combining with the analysis of experimental data, the values of the non-linear terms and the errors of the pressure measuring points are given. The stability of the mathematic model is verified by practical examples.
