摘  要:试验表明,0.8%强化酸性戊二醛与远红外线加热80℃协同作用6分钟,可将布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞全部杀灭。协同杀菌效果随戊二醛浓度增大、加热温度升高、作用时间延长而提高。菌悬液中是否含小牛血清对协同杀菌效果的影响不明显。The synergetic sporicidal effect of far infrared rays and acidic glutaraldehyde with synergist was observed in laborator.The results indicated that combination of 0.8% acidic glutaraldehyde with synergist and far infrared heating to 80℃ could completely kill the spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger on cloth strip after exposure for 6 min.within the test range,the synergetic sporicidal efficacy of glutaraldehyde and far infrared rays increased with increasing the glutaraldehyde concentration and the temperature of far infrared heating, and prolonging the exposure time. Addition of 40% calf serum to the bacterial suspension did not influence significantly the synergetic sporicidal efficacy.
