摘  要:以计分法对干燥培养基及其原料质量进行评价。经检测,用不同工厂产蛋白胨配制的普通营养琼脂与SS琼脂,总分值相近,但鼠伤寒沙门氏菌与痢疾杆菌的生长分值却有明显差别。In order to assess the quality of culture medium powders and their raw materials,three kinds of bacteria were used to measure simultaneously the diameter and number of their colonies and then to calculate the growth score of each bacterium and the total score of 3 kinds of bacteria.The results indicated that the total scores of ordinary nutrient agar and SS agar prepared from peptones produced by Wuhan Meat Processing Factory and Gulu Biochemical Reagent Factory had no significant difference. However, Salmonella typhimurium grew better on the 2 aforementioned culture media prepared fro m the peptone produced by Wuhan Meat Processing Factory than on those prepared from the peptone produced by Gulu Biochemical Reagent Factory, while the result with Bacillus dysenteriae was just opposite.The lactose cholate prepared separately from the 2 kinds of peptone had no significant difference.The sodium cholate content of SS agar was 0.4% or 0.5%,which showed no significant difference in inhibiting Escherichia coli,but Bacillus dysenteriae grew better on the SS agar containing 0.4% sodium cholate.
