摘　　要：利用自组织理论的观点和原理分析军校科研系统的自组织特性,指出了推动军校科研工作出成果、出人才的有效途径。认为军校应准确把握科研工作定位、积极推进项目合作与学术交流,加强和完善科研激励机制和反馈机制。This paper analyzes the self - organization characteristic of military academies scientific research system by means of the self- organization theory, and sheds light on the way of promoting more achievements and more talents on the military academies scientific research. Meanwhile the paper points out it is necessary for the military academies to accurately orientate the scientific research work, actively boost subject cooperation and academic exchange, then strengthen and perfect scientific promotional mechanism and feedback mechanism.
