参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭

摘　　要：目的探讨参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及不良反应.方法将NYHA心功能分级Ⅱ～Ⅳ级的住院患者64例随机分为观察组和对照组各32例.在常规治疗的基础上,观察组用参麦注射液40 ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中静滴,每天1次,疗程为2周;对照组用鲁南欣康10 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中静滴,每天1次,疗程2周.结果观察组临床心功能改善显效率及总有效率分别为25.0%、84.4%,明显优于对照组(15.1%、56.2%,P均＜0.05).观察组治疗后的心率、心功能改善、UCG参数(LVEF、LVSD、LVDD、E/A)与对照组比较有明显差异(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论在常规治疗的基础上,应用参麦注射液可提高CHF疗效.Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shenmai injection on congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods 64 patients with Ⅱ - Ⅳ degree cardiac function were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of the routine treatment, the treatment group was added with Shenmai injection 40ml and 5 % GS 250ml VD. Per day,the control group was added isosorbide mononitrate injection 10mg and 5 % GS 250ml VD. Per day. 14 days was a therapeutic course for 2 groups. Results The effective rate and total effetive rate in treatment group were 25.0 % and 84.4 % which were 15.1% and 56.2 % in control group respectively. There was a significant difference between two group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment there were significant difference in heart rate.improvement of cardiac function and UCG parameters（LVEF, LVSD, LVDD, E/A） between two groups（ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of the routine treatment.Shenmai injection can increase the therapeutic effect on CHF.
