老年患者子宫切除阴道成形术对术后性生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨老年子宫切除阴道成形术对术后性生活质量的影响.方法对30例单纯全子宫切除者术中进行阴道成形术,即阴道残端与腹膜延接,延续长度约3 cm.对照组30例仅行全子宫切除术.术后3～6个月对阴道黏膜变化、阴道长度和性生活情况进行观察.结果阴道成形术30例,4个月成形部分黏膜全部转换为正常阴道黏膜,阴道长度为(8.38±1.27)cm,性生活无障碍者25例;对照组阴道长度为(6.42±1.18)cm(P＜0.01),性生活无障碍者16例(P＜0.05).结论老年患者子宫切除阴道成形术能提高术后性生活质量,有利于身心健康,应引起临床重视.Objective To study the influence of sexual intercouse＇s quality for hysterectomy and vaginoplasty in old female patients. Methods 30 patients had planned hysterectomy and vaginoplasty in study group,whose vaginal nub was connected with peritoneum, the peritoneum length was roughly 3cm; In control group, 30 patients only had planned hysterectomy. The change of vaginal mucous,the length of vagina and the quality of sexual intercourse were observed after 3-6 months. Results The parts of shaped peritoneum were changed into mucous membrane after 4 months in the 30 cases of vaginoplasty completed. The length of vagina was （8.38 ± 1.27）cm,25 cases had no discomfort in sexual intercourse;In control groups, the length of vagina was （6.42 ± 1. 18）cm（ P 〈 0.01 ）, 16 cases had no discomfort in sexual intercourse（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The hysterectomy and vaginoplasty can improve the quality of sexual intercourse after operation and benefit for menfal and physical heath in old patients. So it should be paid mnch atlention clinically.
