沙美特罗与丙酸氟替卡松合剂对哮喘儿童肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨沙美特罗与丙酸氟替卡松合剂治疗儿童哮喘对肺功能的改善作用。方法确诊患儿97例吸入沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松合剂,50/100μg,1吸/次,2次/d,共12周。采用MICROLOOP肺功能仪和SUPERSPIRO软件分别测定治疗前后的呼吸生理参数。结果缓解期肺功能明显改善,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),且无明显不良反应。结论沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松合剂能显著改善哮喘患儿肺功能并明显缓解临床症状,依从性好,安全性高。Objective To observe the effects of salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation（SX/FP） on pulmonary function of asthma children. Methods The pulmonary functions of 97 children with asthma were measured by MICROLOOP the children pulmonary function equipment made in Britain, both before and post the SX/FP inhaling. Results The very significant difference of the pulmonary function of 97 cases were observed. Conclusion SX/FP has a good effect on both treatment and prevention on children＇s asthma,especially benefits to symptom control and the improvement of pulmonary function.
