辽西蜂胶黄酮类化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的：开发辽西蜂胶的药用资源，寻找具有药理活性的成分，分离鉴定辽西蜂胶中的黄酮类化合物。方法：采用加压硅胶柱层析等方法提取分离辽西蜂胶中黄酮类成分，用紫外、红外、核磁、质谱４种光谱法对其成分进行分析鉴定。结果：从辽西蜂胶中分离到７种黄酮类化合物，经光谱鉴定分别为白杨素（ｃｈｒｙｓｉｎＩ；４Ｈ－１－ｂｅｎｚｏｐｙｒａｎ－４－ｏｎｅ，５，７－ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ－２－ｐｈｅｎｙｌ－Ｉ）、良姜素（ｉｚａｔｐｉｎｉｎⅡ；４Ｈ－１－ｂｅｎｚｏｐｙｒａｎ－４－ｏｎｅ，３，５－ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ－７－ｍｅｔｈｏｘｙ－２－ｐｈｅｎｙｌ－Ⅱ）。高良姜素（ｇａｌａｎｇｉｎⅢ；４Ｈ－１－ｂｅｎｚｏｐｙｒａｎ－４－ｏｎｅ，３，５，７－ｔｒｉｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ－２－ｐｈｅｎｙｌ－Ⅲ）、金合欢素［ａｃａｃｅｔｉｎⅣ；４Ｈ－１－ｂｅｎｚｏｐｙｒａｎ－４－ｏｎｅ，５，７－ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ－２－（４－ｍｅｔｈｏｘｙｐｈｅｎｙｌ）－Ⅳ］、洋芹素（ａｐｉｇｅｎｉｎⅤ；４Ｈ－１－ｂｅｎｚｏｐｙｒａｎ－４－ｏｎｅ，５，７－ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ－２－（４－ｈｙｄｒｏｘｙｐｈｅｎｙｌ）－Ⅴ］、山萘素［ｋａｅｍｐｆｅｒｏｌⅣ；４Ｈ－１－ｂｅｎｚｏｐｙｒａｎ－４?OBJECTIVE:To explore the pharmaceutical resource of Liaoxi propolis and seek compounds with pharamceutical effect.METHOD:Compounds were isolated by using column chromatography(cc)and they were elucidated on the basis of IR、UV,NMR,MS spectra.RESULTS:Seven kinds of flavonoids were obtained from Liaoxi propolis.Their stractures were elucidated as 4H -1-benzopyran-4-one,5,7-dipydroxy-2-phanyl- I;4H-1-benzopyran-4-one,3,5-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-2-phenyl-Ⅱ;4H-1-benzopyran-4-one,3,5-trihydroxy-2-phenyl-Ⅲ; 4H-1-benzopyran -4-one,3,5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-Ⅳ;4H-1-benzopyran-4-one,5,7-dihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl )- V; 4H-1-benzopyran-4-one,3,5,7-trihydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-Ⅵ;4H-1-benzopyran-4-one,2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3,5-dihydroxy-7-methoxy-Ⅶ.CONCLUSION:From Liaoxi propolis the flavonoids compounds Ⅱ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ were extracted for the first time.There were many kinds of flavonoids in Liaoxi propolis and they were seldom seen in plant pharmacy.The flavonoids were shown to cure digestive ulcer.
