甲紫乳膏的研制

摘　　要：目的：研制一种不着色皮肤，易洗脱，杀菌力不改变的甲紫乳膏。方法：用新疆膨润土作甲紫的载体，配制甲紫乳膏。考察其含量。稳定性，着色情况，皮肤刺激性及对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果：用流变学方法测试含有膨润土乳膏的流动性质。结果：乳膏细腻均匀，－１０℃，２５℃，４０℃，７５％ＲＨ放置３０ｄ性质稳定。含量１．２％±０．１％，杀菌力强，皮肤不着色，易洗脱，对家兔皮肤无刺激性。膨润土乳膏粘度随膨润土量的增加而呈递增趋势，具较强触变性。结论：用新疆膨润土配制的不着色甲紫乳膏效果令人满意。OBJECTIVE:To preparae methyl violet cream that don’t stain the skin and can be easy washed without decrease of its killing bacteria activity.METHOD: Xinjiang bentonite was used as a carrier of violet to prepare the new violet cream.Its violet content was determined and the stability,staining condition,stimulation to skin,efficiency killing Staphylococcus aureus of the cream and the flow properties of the blank creams containing bentonite were tested. RESULTS:The new violet cream had a smooth appearance without changes in its properties when it was stored at-10℃,25℃,40℃75%RH for 30 days.The violet content of the cream was 1.2%±0.1%. It was strongly efficacious in resisting bacteria with no stimulation on rabbit skin. The cream did not stain the skin and was washed easily. CONCLUSION:The effects of the violet cream containing Xinjiang bentonit are satisfactory.
