血管内支架结合弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内支架结合电解可脱卸弹簧圈(GDC)治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的护理要点、并发症的防治及疗效。方法对10例宽颈动脉瘤病人围术期做好心理护理,术后加强病情观察,精心护理,预防并发症发生。结果10例病人全部治愈出院。9例致密栓塞,1例大部填塞。血管造影检查,动脉瘤不显影,载瘤动脉及邻近主要血管分支通畅,均无再出血或血栓栓塞等相关并发症。结论血管内支架结合弹簧圈是治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤安全、有效的方法,短期治疗效果肯定,正确的护理,可以提高手术的成功率,减少并发症。Objective To explore the key nursing methods, complications prevention and treatment effect of combination of endovascular stent implantation and endovascular coil placement used for treating intracranial wide-necked aneurysms. Methods 10 patients with intracranial wide-necked aneurysms received perioperational psychological nursing, careful observation of their conditions, careful prevention of complications after operation. Results 10 patients were recovered and discharged. Among them, 9 patients completely occluded, 1 patient incompletely occluded. All of them did not suffered from complications such as rehemorrhage and thrombus embolition. Conclusions It is safe and effective to use stent combined with coils to treat wide-necked intracranial aneurysm, and can avoid coils inbursting parent artery, improving the therapy effect of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms.
