摘　　要：2003年末至2004年初,奥钢联改造了匈牙利DWA公司的光整机,目的是改善带钢板形,提高表面质量和伸长率,满足市场对产品质量日益增长的要求。采取了多项措施缩短了停产改造时间,现有设备最大程度上利旧。介绍了新装设备和自动化系统的特点。In late 2003/early 2004 the skin-pass mill of DWA, Hungary was modernized by VAI with the latest equipment and process-control systems to improve strip shape, surface quality and elongation accuracy in order to meet the greatly increased market demands placed on product quality and strip tolerances. Various measures were implemented to reduce mill downtime, and existing equipment was used to the maximum extent possible. Highlights of the installed equipment and automation systems are presented.
