摘　　要：对１０例继发孔型房间隔缺损术后再通者的病因进行综合分析及再手术方法探讨。认为其发生原因与房缺的类型、张力、边缘结构、合并病变及修补方法有关。再手术时只要控制好张力问题，修补方法并无限制。本组９例再手术，无失败者。作者强调控制张力，修补牢靠，必要时采用补片修补，合并病变应同期处理。The pathogenesis and reoperative method of l0 cases of residual defect following closure of secundum atrial septal defect are discussed in this article。The results show that the causes of residual defect are related to the type,tension and edge-structure of atrial septal defect,and also related to associated anomalies and method of repair。It is important for reoperation to control the tension of repaired residual defect.9 patients in our series all underwent reoperation successfully。The author emphasized the importance of controlling the tension in repairing the residual defect and a prosthesis patch can be used for repair if necessary.
