摘　　要：欧洲是冷战时期美苏争夺的主要场所,而德国又是美苏在欧洲争夺的中心。但冷战的起源则来自欧洲的东南端,即巴尔干半岛。在那里聚汇着二战后初期美苏两国的矛盾:的里雅斯特的争端、处置战败国罗马尼亚和保加利亚的问题、黑海海峡的风波、希腊内战……导致杜鲁门主义的诞生,从而揭开冷战的帷幕。Europe was the main field of strife between U.S.A. and Soviet Union during Cold War, while Germany was the centre of strife between these two countries in Europe. But Cold War originated from Southeastern Europe, namely, the Balkans. There concentrated all contradictions between U.S.A. and Soviet Union in the late period of Second World War. Dispute around Trieste, deal with defeated countries Romania and Bulgaria, led to Truman Doctrine and lifted disturtance of Black Sea Strait, ciril war in Greece, all these events the curtain on Cold War.
