颌骨及颌周软组织放射性损害的超微结构观察

摘　　要：为进一步探讨放射性骨坏死（ｏｓｔｅｏｒａｄｉｏｎｅｃｒｏｓｉｓ，ＯＲＮ）的病理学基础，作者对１３例下颌骨ＯＲＮ动物模型及１例临床病人标本进行透射电镜观察，结果表明：①颌骨放射性骨损害主要是放射线对细胞的直接损害，而不是继发于由局部血管闭锁造成的血液循环障碍；②骨细胞胞质的放射性损害较胞核明显；③软组织中血管的放射性损害较骨组织血管中的放射性损害广泛且严重。Tosearchforthepathologicalbasisofosteoradionecrosis(ORN),aultrastructuralinvestigationwasperformedonsomeexperimentalandclinicalspeciments.Theresultofthisultra-strcturestudyshowsthenatureofORNisdirectinjuriesofradiationraystocels;damageofthear-teriolesarenotthemainpathologicalbasis,changesofthecytoplasmaremoreevidentthanthatofnuclei.Thechangesofbloodveselsinsofttisuesaremoreextensiveandseriousthanthoseofthebone.
