摘 要:用12种天然或经酶修饰的动物及人红细胞测定罗氏沼虾的血清和肌肉提取液的凝集能力,同时进行糖抑制、热稳定性、pH及Ca2+影响试验.结果显示,罗氏沼虾血清对鹌鹑红细胞的凝集效价比肌肉提取的高,且糖抑制、热稳定性、pH适应范围及对Ca2+的依赖性都存在明显差别,表明罗氏沼虾血清和肌肉提取液所含凝集素的类型不同.Serum and muscular extract from Macrobrachium rosenbergi are tected for hemag- glutinins using 12 natural and enzyme-treated erythrocytes of human and animal, besides, glyco-inhibiting,thermostability and influence of pH and Ca^2+ to the activity of them are tested. The results show that the agglutination titer of serum is higher than that of muscular extract from Macrobrachium rosenbergi, and, there are evident difference in glyco-inhibiting, thermostability,range of pH and the required of Ca^2+ between serum and muscular extract. These results indicate that both of serum and muscle of Macrobrachium rosenbergi contain lectin,and they are different in nature.
