摘　　要：注射白斑症病毒(WSSV)感染日本对虾,隔一定时间取样,PCR检测病毒在对虾体内的分布情况.结果表明:感染后12 h首先在血液和鳃中出现病毒,而后是消化道和心脏,最后是肌肉和附肢,但在肝胰腺中没有观察到病毒.Penaeus japonicus was experimentally infected WSSV by injecting. Different tissues of shrimps were sampled in different hours after infection and detected WSSV by PCR in order to dynamically study the viral infection process in shrimp body. The results indicate that WSSV firstly infect gill or hemolymp, then intestine and heart, lastly muscle and limb,but not infect hepatopancreas.
