温度和pH对侧耳属两菌株菌丝生长的影响

摘　　要：观察在不同温度和pH值条件下,鲍鱼菇8120(Pleurotus abalone 8120)和平菇P54(Pleurotus ostreatus P54)菌丝体的生长情况.结果表明:鲍鱼菇8120菌丝适宜生长温度为20℃～33℃,最适温度为22～28℃,适宜pH值为5.0～8.0,最适pH值为7.2～8.0;平菇P54菌丝适宜生长温度为20℃～33℃,最适温度为25℃～31℃,适宜pH值为5.0～8.0,最适PH值为6.0～6.5.The mycelium of Pleurotus Abalone 8120 and Pleurotus p54 growth in different temperature and pH value was studied. The experiment result indicated that the suitable and optimum growth temperature of Pleurotus Abalone 8120 mycelium were 20 ℃ to 33℃ and 22 ℃ to 28 ℃;the suitable and optimum growth pH value of Pleurotus Abalone 8120 mycelium were 5. 0 to 8 and 7. 2 to 8. 0;and the suitable and optimum growth temperature of Pleurotus P54 mycelium were 20℃ to 33 ℃ and 25 ℃ to 31℃; the suitable and optimum growth pH value of Pleurotus P54 mycelium were 5.0 to 8.0 and 6.0 to 6.5.
