宁德市投资环境的综合评价与优化研究

摘　　要：从区域投资环境的基本理论着手,建立宁德市投资环境的综合评价指标体系,应用主成分分析法,对宁德市投资环境与福建其它设区市进行比较分析,并结合宁德市各县(市、区)的比较分析研究,得出宁德市投资环境的优越性及存在问题.在此基础上,提出宁德市投资环境的改善优化思路和对策措施.The paper sets out from fundamental theory of regional investment environment to set up the standard index system of investment environment with main-factor analytical method to compare investment environment between Ningde and other 8 cities,and combines all levels of Ningde city to come to the conclusion which reveals current problems and advantages. On the basis of them, the paper probes into the assumption of the improvement and optimization of investment environment of Ningde city.
