摘　　要：目的研究Bcl-2反义核酸(ASODN)对人胆管癌QBC939细胞增殖的影响。方法将Bcl-2ASODN与QBC939细胞共同孵育,采用台盼蓝拒染实验检测细胞存活率,采用克隆形成实验检测克隆形成率。结果台盼蓝拒染实验和克隆形成实验检均显示Bcl-2ASODN可以部分抑制QBC939细胞增殖,经ASODN作用细胞的存活率和克隆形成率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Bcl-2反义核酸对人胆管癌QBC939细胞增殖有抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Bcl-2 antisense oligodeoxynucleotides（ASODN） on cell proliferation in bile duct carcinoma cell line QBC939. Methods Survival rate and colony formation rate of QBC939 ceils incubated with Bcl-2 ASODN were evaluated by trypan blue staining assay and colony forming test. Results Both trypan blue staining assay and colony forming test demonstrated that Bcl-2 ASODN could partially inhibit the growth of QBC939 ceils, After incubated with Bcl-2 ASODN,The survival rate and colony fomation rate of QBC939 ceils exhibited significant lower than controls（P〈0.05）,Conclusion Bcl-2 A- SODN inhibited cell proliferation in bile duct carcinoma cell line QBC939.
