摘 要:以大鼠为对象,在胫神经上分离神经细束,记录腓肠肌内肌梭的传入放电活动,然后静脉注入不同剂量的SCh,观察肌梭传入放电的变化。实验结果表明:一定剂量的SCh可以引起肌梭传入放电增加,而且在一定的范围内肌梭传入放电增加的程度与SCh的剂量呈正相关,并由此得出了二者之间的量效关系曲线。These experiments were performed on rats.The nervous filaments were separated from tibiale nervus and afferent discharge from muscle spindle in musculus gastrocnemius were recorded.The variations of afferent discharge frequency were observed after various doses ofSChwere intravenously injected. The results showed that a certain dose of SCh was capable of producing increase of afferent discharge frequency from muscle spindlle.The peak frequency obtained after SCh administration was foundto be dose-dependent over a wide range of doses. The dose-effect curve of SCh and peak frequency was obtained.
