摘  要:研究了 L-谷氨酸在玻碳电极上电化学聚合的条件及修饰电极的电化学特性,发现该聚合膜对多巴胺和肾上腺素的电氧化还原有显著的催化作用,在 pH=6.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,开路富集2.0 min 后,用阴极脉冲伏安法对多巴胺和肾上腺素进行了测定,还原峰电流与多巴胺和肾上腺素的浓度分别呈良好的线性关系。多巴胺的线性范围:1.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-4)mol/L,检出限(信噪比=3)为5.7×10^(-8)mol/L。肾上腺素的线性范围:1.0×10^(-6)~1.0×10^(-4)mol/L,检测限(信噪比=3)6.6×10^(-7)mol/L。对含有2.0×10^(-6)mol/L 多巴胺和2.0×10^(-5)mol/L 的肾上腺素的溶液进行了连续测定,结果发现8次连续测得多巴胺和肾上腺素浓度的相对标准偏差分别为1.74%和2.10%。The polymerization condition of L - Glutamic Acid at glassy carbon electrode and the electrochemical characteristics of the modified electrode has been investigated. It was found that the the polymer showed strong catalytic effects on the electrooxidation and electrodeoxidization of Dopamine and Norepinephrine. Under the phosphate buffer solution( pH6. 0) , collecting 2.0 min, dopamine and epinephrine was determined by cathode impulse vohammetric method, linearity between the deoxidization peak current and the concentration of dopamine was obtained in the rang of 1.0 × 10^6-7 - 1.0× 10^-4 mol/L, the detection limit was 5.7 × 10^-8 mol/L(S/N = 3) . linearity between the deoxidization peak current and the concentration of epinephrine was obtained in the rang of 1.0 × 10^ - 6 - 1.0 × 10^ -4 mol/L, the detection limit was 6. 6 × 10^-7 mol/L(S/N = 3 ) . The relative standard deviation for eight determination of 2.0 × 10^ -6 mol/L dopamine and 2. 0 × 10^ -5 mol/L epinephrine was 1.74% and 2. 10%, respectively.
