摘　　要：步进式冷床由于具备矫直、冷却轧件温度均匀等优点,被广泛应用于棒材连轧线。但其结构复杂,安装要求精度高,若能在制造过程中严把质量关,对重要零部件加工工艺进行优化,将会给安装调试工作带来方便,做到省时省钱。Walking beam cooling bed with the advantage of rectification and even up cooling is widely used for bar continuous rolling line. However, it＇s structure is complicated, and it＇s installation precision is higer. If so strictly control the process quality and optimize the process technique, the installation and testing will be easier, saving time and money.
