摘　　要：主要以舞阳钢铁公司1900板坯连铸机结晶器为例,介绍结晶器的组成,根据实际经验,结合理论知识对螺纹套在铜板上的应用进行了深入的研究,并给出了其强度等的计算模型,螺纹套在铜板上成功的应用延长了结晶器使用寿命,降低了生产成本。This article based on 1900 -slab caster crystallizer in Wuyang iron and steel company introduced the composition of crystallizer. According to working experience and theory, the application of screw sheath on crystallizer copperplate and the calculation about strength is researched. Its successful application made crystallizer service life much longer and reduce manufacturing cost.
