摘　　要：采用离线法生产的ITO膜系镀膜玻璃,使用性能优越的氧化铟锡材料作为薄膜基础材料,设计合理的膜系,使得该玻璃具有辐射率低、可见光透射比高、膜层牢固稳定、电阻均匀等诸多优点,广泛应用于建筑玻璃幕墙、冰柜冷藏柜玻璃门、机车电加温玻璃等领域。The glass film of ITO is coated by offline technology with the tin indium oxide as film formation material . This product shows a lot of excellent characteristics , such as low emissivity , high visible transmittance , firm binding between film and substrate , homogeneous resistance etc. It can be used as architectural wall glass , glass door of refrigerators and electric heating glass .
