国产与进口C121柴油机缸体、缸盖铸件质量对比分析

摘　　要：对进口及国产C121柴油机缸体、缸盖铸件进行了分析对比,结果表明,国产铸件在化学成分与金相组织等几个方面均存在差异.其原因是原材料质量不稳定.要实现缸体、缸盖铸件的国产化,就必须严格控制原材料质量.Chemical compositions, metallurgical structures and other properties of domestic cylinder blocks and heads of Diesel Engine C121 are compared with those of the imported like products. Results show that there exist differences in all the aspects mentioned above. The inferiority of domestic products is attributed to the unstable quality of domestic raw materials. Therefore,strict control should be exercised over the quality of domestic raw materials so that the quality of domestic cylinder blocks and heads of Diesel Engine C121 can be improved.
